What to Expect at MAIC
From your very first call to final report delivery, every touchpoint at MAIC is coordinated, documented, and designed to support your case.
Your First Call
You call (888) 991-5290 or your attorney refers you online. Our intake team verifies your coverage — No-Fault, or medical lien — and schedules your first appointment within 24 to 48 hours. Same-day available for urgent matters.
Evaluación Inicial
At your first visit, a board-certified physician conducts a comprehensive injury evaluation covering your mechanism of injury, all pain complaints, range of motion, neurological screening, and functional deficits. Imaging orders (MRI, X-ray) are placed the same day.
Diagnostic Imaging
MAIC's on-site 1.5T and 3T MRI and digital X-ray means you can complete imaging without leaving our facility. NCV/EMG studies are coordinated concurrently when nerve injury is suspected. All studies are read by board-certified radiologists within 48 hours.
Specialist Coordination
Based on your evaluation and imaging findings, MAIC coordinates referrals to on-site orthopedic, neurology, and pain management specialists. All appointments are scheduled and confirmed by our PI coordination team — you don't have to make a single call.
Ongoing Treatment
Your treatment plan — physical therapy, chiropractic, pain management, or specialist follow-up — is managed entirely within our facility. At every visit, clinical progress is documented and your attorney is notified of significant milestones.
Report Delivery
Litigation-ready reports are delivered to your attorney within 48 hours of each visit. Reports are structured to satisfy WCB MTG criteria, No-Fault arbitration standards, and civil court requirements. Deposition support is available for all treating providers.
You Don't Pay Anything Out of Pocket
If you were injured in a motor vehicle accident, workplace incident, or slip and fall, your treatment at MAIC is fully covered. We accept No-Fault, and attorney-directed medical liens — and our billing team handles everything directly with your carrier or attorney.

- Your auto insurance card (for No-Fault claims)

- The police report or accident report number if available
